Recipe For Vegan Apple Pie

 Ingredients: 


- 1 vegan pie crust 
- 4-5 medium-sized apples, cored and thinly sliced 
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 
- 3 tablespoons vegan butter, melted 
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar 
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 

Instructions: 


1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place the vegan pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.

3. In a large bowl, combine the apples, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted vegan butter, coconut sugar, and maple syrup.

5. Pour the butter mixture over the apple mixture and stir until the apples are evenly coated.

6. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.

7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

8. Allow cooling before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
