Why Vegan Diet Is Healthy Than Other Veg/Non-Veg Diets?
Vegan diets are generally considered to be healthier than other diets because they focus on whole, unprocessed plant-based foods that are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. These foods are packed with nutrition and are naturally low in saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium. Eating a variety of plant-based foods also provides a wide range of important phytochemicals that may help reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Additionally, vegan diets are associated with lower BMI and a lower risk of obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer.
