Easy Steps To Make Vegan Koolfi



 1. Combine the coconut milk, sugar, and saffron in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the ground cashews and cardamom and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside to cool.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the kulfi molds by greasing them with vegan butter.
5. Once the mixture has cooled, pour it into the molds and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
6. When ready to serve, remove the kulfi from the molds and enjoy!!!
